Pole to damage my house

A huge pole is about to fall on out house. The pole is being hole by the wire. I send numerous pictures to Telkom with no reply. This pole is going to cause Telkom a lot of money but it seems like they not worried, I at the end of my rope with them please can someone wit brains contact me urgent
