Pole still in my yard cable has been moved

I am still awaiting your technical department to remove the pole out of my yard due to a security risk matter. A year has been past and the cables has been moved back into the ground but the pole is still there. I want to know when this pole will be moved as it is not for my use at all.<br> please advise with a matter of urgency<br>
