Pole removal, Poor customer service

I have tried multiple channels trying to get Telkom to a remove an Old telephone pole from my property, it is a hazard and besides that an eye-sore and needs to be removed urgently almost 3 months ago I have tried to get somebody competent enough to deal with the query, yet to no avail.
