Pole planted in front of property

I complained about a pole that was planted in front of my property in the JRA pavement area in Helderkruin. I asked if Telkom should consult in these cases.<br> <br> I received a call from a telkom representative stating that she choose the pole position and that it is not my property and that she got permission from JRA. On questioning why she did not consult she stated that she does not have to and that I must take it up with their Telkom legal department. I asked for the information of the legal department knowing that it is very difficult to get to the right person, only to find that she could not give me this detail as she probably does not have it and I asume it to be bullying in keeping me quiet.<br> <br> All I wanted is to suggest is to plant the pole in the corner of the property and not directly in front of my property. Or Plant it to the right of my driveway when facing the property.<br> This seems to be an unreasonable request needing your legal department.<br> I would appreciate communication from a less threatening and more reasonable person in Telkom.<br> <br> I do believe this could be solved rather easily and does have to go to the extend proposed.
