Pole Have fallen down!! TELKOM HELP!!!

<p>I have report this pole (ITT538.2908) for the ALMOST a year now!! my fist ref nr was 326CTZ05.10.15, after a month nothing happens. When we call them, the respons was, thy cant find the ref nr on the sistem. So we report is again ( 472CTZ14.12.15) (This call was lock at SIFISO). ON The 22.01.2016 I spoken to November and acording to her, the fault was incorect lockt, it must be a out-door fault ant not in-door, so she report is again ***..... and again we wait!!! on 02.02.2016 i call again and spoken so Siswe, and again the pole was incorect lock, so we received another ref 285CTZ020216....... AGAIN WE WAIT!!! Our nexst ref nr was 818777 on 03.02.16 and still ou pole is not repair!! AND STILL WE ARE WAITING!!!!</p> <p>Today when we call what are the store again!!!!! the pole was not report and ref no is incorect!!!</p> <p> </p>
