Pointless Online Fibre Orders

I ordered Fibre on a special promotion on 31 July 2024. They send me a confirmation mail. I waited a few days and phoned customer support. They informed me that because THEY did not phone me on the day I can't claim the promotion. Now I have to redo the application on a higher price. I've been waiting to get the fibre line installed for work purposes and have now been delayed by another week.
