Please wake up

Can you please just wake up! You are wrecking my credit score by handing me over.I have not used your services for over a year now,but I must still pay R2000 +?? Are you kidding me? I also sent requests through for cancellation and it was all received and I have all the proof.

On 3 Feb 2021 you received my cancellation request. On 8 Feb 2021 my request was COMPLETED. On 29 March 2021 I receive a mail to say we are in arrears because we did not pay for the month of March??? Please rectify this very quickly,you are wasting my time.
