Maybe it's because they might know more about Telkom than the employees working there? Brilliant service to start with. I was then charged for the month of April when I didnt even have internet... exceellent service. I disputed this and was told i will get a credit for that which never happened once more service is excellent..... on the 31st of may I paid R1500 on my internet account at the post office on the 21st of June I paid a further R150. Since now apparently i was in arrears. On the 5th of July I paid R1000.00 again at the post office. I was offline again and was told i need to pay a further R150.00. So lets quickly do the math. My contract stipulated that my internet 4meg line costs R791.00. I have had internet not working most of the time but i have had it in my house since the 2nd of may. That means i understand my payments as follow. End of May R 791.00 end of June R791.00 so i understandvthat end of july is still on its way thusi shouldnt have to pay untill end of July so my payments should be R791.00 x 2 = R1582.00 and up to date I have paid R 3500.00 which includes my deposit. U also tried to charge me for installation after I was told if I take the 24month contract installation is free. So please rectify immediately or send me a full break up of my account so that i can understand how this ******* works from Telkom..... I dont expect a speedy response since your company wont know how to explain this.
