Please Sort out this ISSUE NOW

So i Ive got a data deal with them for quite some time now R249 pm -Since Dec ive been seeing an extra charge of R100+- Called them in January advised them abou this.The lady on the line advised me is due to subsciptions- I advised i did not download any games ect the sim is only used in my modem.I adviksed her to acancel all the subscriptions ect.Just to my suprise got another deducrion this morning of R340 ...Im livid
