Please someone with experience phone me!

Please can someone with knowledge phone me. I have phoned about 16 times, the people try hard but nothing gets done. Very complicated to explain, but we have ordered fibre for work, not happening, our current adsl has not been working for a week (which affects our security cameras), and the fibre set up at home needs to be moved to a different part of the house as we cant get signal where we need to.
