Please review

My fibre line was installed on the 17thApril 2021. The technician told me he will come back when i have received my wireless router to change the fibre connections from number 2 back to number 1. On Thursday 29th April 2021 i have phoned the customer care line to find out what is going on with my wireless router, one thing led to another and then they told me the technician was suppose to supply me with the router and after checking my account details they told me they will send me a router and someone will phone me before Friday 30th April 2021 COB to deliver my router because i told them i need to do some work and this case was escalated to the manager as well as an priority, i told them i needs to do some work as well over the weekend and my other service provider is cancelling the other contract 30th April 2021 00H00 at night. Up until now no-one has phoned me or any details from no-one. Not even started with this contract and i have this type of ****, ****ed-up service not even my first billing cycle.

Can someone please tell me what the hell i need to do as i have lost a few RAND over this past weekend.
