PLEASE REVERSE THE MONEY YOU ********LY DEDUCTED INTO MY ACCOUNT

I am a Telkom client and generally fine with their services however, me wanting a 2nd router gave Telkom a ticket to robbing me of some money....I called their call centre, ordered a router while I was being treated as a new client..2days down the line Telkom agent from what they apparently call promotional division calls and offers me a better deal with no hussles..i immediately canceled the deal I made with the call centre, that time they had already deducted some money from my account before even delivering the device, they said they were checking if my account was genuine..having canceled the deal I am struggling to get my money back they take me from east to west everytime I call.....ALL I WANT IS MY MONEY BACK
