Please return my phone

I booked my phone for repairs at the Telkom Maponya Mall store sometime in December and after finding out that i was about to be charged about R3000 for excess i gave an instruction that they should return my phone unpaired and since then i haven't received it and the call center number provided to me suddenly does not go through. Can anyone please explain to me what the **** is going on at Telkom as it has been a month since i took it in and till today i am still awaiting their response. Come to think of it we pay **** load of money to be treated in this manner, hell no!!! As of today I consider Telkom as a nonsense service provider and i will not stand for their ****. Non of your staff can explain to me as to what the hell is going on with my query. Please note that from today i shall never recommend anyone to this network as they provide a ****ty service to their customers.
