please respond

i have bought cell phone two months ago nd it broke ,I took it to telkom for insurance nd that insurance wants to rip me off nd I havent recieved my phone yet can you please help ,l really really need the phone unfornately Telkom head office they dont care .Nd have a new contract with Telkom
