Please removing my information from telkom or telkmobi I don't hv anything with u

I will like any assistance this telkom mobile or telkmobi its been debating my account now my name is on debit review n I can find job now beacsue of this useless company I have sent the emails n they claim everything its been cancel but even today they still have my information I never called them or talk to them them please assist with cancelation of my details from they system since March calling them I don't need they service or anything to do with them this the useless I feel sorry for people who are doing business with this company they reply me on *** or email me at *** am suffering because of this company telkmobi or something
