Please refund my R6500 telkom

I have tried everything for a year and still telkom owns me and still claim they not getting my payments even with me sending proof of payments, this week due to a mistake I sent them R8600 instead of R2100 as usual. I called billing and asked them to refund and they said it will reflect in 48hours but I have a pending debit for my car and still today am trying to talk to them with no luck. Please help as am considering getting a lawyer because they enjoy taking R2100 from me every month yet not give services I am paying for and claiming they not getting my payments even with me sending proof of payments. Pretty pretty please help I have a debit today and I don’t want to loose my car. I will honestly have to sue because I work for myself and I can’t work without my car.
