Please refund my R1250.00

Hy hellopeter i have problem with telkom they over debited me on the 17 December 2021 they took R3489.10 and i phone them on the same they said i need wait 7 working day, and i phone them after 7 working day and they said i need to wait for 72hours, and i phone them today they told me to wait for 72hour again, and a landlord was his money, it seems like i won't have a shelter as from tomorrow because he said his tied of my stories .
