Please rectify YOUR mistake

Im utterly disgusted by this company. My mother was contacted by one of your sales agents ad incorrectly signed up for a LTE service she hasnt requested. She even advised the sales agent to contact her when her children are home as she is old and does not know anything about this. The agent took all her information including her ID number. the same day she was sent a sms telling her she needs to keep her ID and proof of address ready as her delivery will be taking place. This is unacceptable as your staff are taking advantage of elderly people who do not know what is going on to makes stats and meet business requirements. Please remove my mothers details from your system. Her address is 21 Michigan Way Portalands Mitchells Plain. She spoke to a female rep , unfortunately she cannot remember the name , but im sure you can get her details or proof of the call with her residential address. If this is not rectified i will defiantly be taking this further as this is a misconduct of your company policy as well as you taking advantage of elderly people who do not know about these things.
