Please port my number

I have a telkom landline - which was converted to the new WIFI telephone a while ago. That has been working perfectly. I went into the Telko store at Eastgate about 2 months ago to request they change my landline (personal reason) and after several attempts and a call from someone from a CPT number, I was advised my number has been ported to a new 011 620 number. but till today my landline still rings on the 011 615 number. I have been sent back and forth and I'm lost for words. Please assist
