PLEASE PLEASE help me!!!

If there was a lower rating for Telkom I would gladly would not oblige to rate them worse than 1 star.

I am a victim of Telkom agencies **********ly opening a ADSL package on my name, someone from their sales department called me in April 2018 to sell me a 4mbps ADSL package. I happily declined and this MOTHER****ER still generated a "TIN" for me *which means he put the sale through*. Me obvious to this was being charged services which has never been installed at my home. Once I found out I furiously called Telkom and made them aware, I spoke to countless managers, countless supervisors, all promising me that all amounts will be removed and my credit score at Transunion will be corrected. I have pointless Telkom reference numbers coming out of my ears. It's now ****ing 2020 and there is still an amount pending and my bureau score is still affected by Telkom.

Please PLEASE PLEASE help me. I sone speaking to Telkom and really need help with laying a grievance against Telkom. I have been to SAPS to log an affidavit so that Transunion can correct my score.

I have tried all avenues to get help, sadly I am the victim of ***** and no one at Telkom seems to even care or help me.
