PLEASE PLEASE FIX OUR LINE!!!!

<p>After contacting Telkom more times than I can count we have still not had any positive response.</p> <p>All we want is for a technician to come to 20 Victoria Avenue Hout Bay and fix our line. We have cancelled our Fax number and want it converted into an additional land line.</p> <p>We have mailed sales on multiple occasions; it has been an absolute NIGHTMARE,</p> <p>Our Quote number is ********** 84</p> <p>(514006/14)</p> <p> ********** 14A</p> <p>AI ********** </p> <p> </p> <p>These are all Reference numbers and codes we have been given but have not been of any help to us.</p> <p>Our land line is ********** </p> <p>Our fax is ********** </p> <p> </p> <p>All we want is for a technician to come out and work on our Opticon Box.</p> <p>Our request was sent through on the 2nd June 2016.</p> <p>This reflects incredibly poorly on your entire company.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p>Please send a Technician out ASAP to assist with this.</p>
