Please people don’t use telkom there service is pathetic

Telkom the ***est service ever provided and a lot of people have been complaining. I have a router from them which when my contract came to an end close to June of last year I accidentally paid it up in advance. When I went into kc a women gave me a black and white print out stating everything is sorted and you won’t receive anything as it’s done and paid for. Yet the service was cut , so If I’m unable to use my router why did I receive a bill of 800 and now another bill of 900 for someting that’s suppose to be completely paid for and I still can’t even use it. When you go into the store all they say is no sir we can log a ticket someone will call you but the people who call you are ****ing hopeless , they state they will get back to you , they will resolve it , they will send you the details in black and white but *****. So I have worked in media for many years and now I’m gatvol now I’m going to make if ****ing difficult and have consumers made aware of your *** services so here is an eye opener train your people properly and you might not lose business. So I will expose you soon ... **** your *** service , your *** training you give staff members you people are pathetic.
