Dear Telkom, I awriting again to why did you give my name to NuDebt that I am "in contravention of Electronics Communications Act 36 of 2005, due to R558.00 default with Telkom *** Tel ***? + 7 Business Days Notice to pay R558.00 to Telkom acc @ABSA into NuDebt Acc *** *** Tel *** Please listen to the recording for 29 July 2025 where I was sold Cellphone Contract because the one I had was ending on 31 July 2025. Please explain to me why must I pay R558.00 when I agreed on a R150 contract? I called NuDebt at Tel *** twice and as soon as I identified myself, they dropped my calls.I trust that Telkom will investigate this matter promptly and ensure that any errors are rectified without delay. Failing to wich, I will escalate this matter to all social media this time around.
