Please just cancel my account

<p>On the 9th of October I sent a cancellation request, paid off the bills I owed. Now I apparently owe R 1,157.39.</p> <p>I don't see why I owe money to Telkom because they can't cancel an account. </p> <p> </p> <p>I don't even live at the address you are billing me anymore. </p> <p>Everyone I talk to at Telkom tells me the same thing. </p> <p>I have sent three emails to cancel the account.</p> <p>My cancellation reference number is ********** 49A</p> <p> </p> <p>Please help me</p> <p> </p>
