<p>I am trying to have a line removed that is in the way of where i want to do some building. After phoneing at 09:00 and being transfered to 3 different people, i found out i need to get a number of a neighbour as they can't pick up my address. </p> <p> </p> <p>Phoned back at 09:30, on the phone for 20 minutes to log a call. </p> <p> </p> <p>Phoned back at 12:40 to follow up as noone has phoned to come out (as I was told is the processs), waited online for >40 minutes... Then tried the online chat service, very quick answer, and apparently the call was escalated to "urgent" and the guy on the other end said "I am just surprised you haven't been called as yet"... And it's now another hour after our chat and noone has contacted us. We have builders coming out tomorrow and the line is not in use and in the way and needs to be removed asap, else I will have to hault the building process, but probably still pay for a day's labour as the hault is not the builder's fault. </p> <p> </p> <p>Please can someone phone us as soon as possible. </p>
