Please help with my number

Good afternoon. Please can someone help me. I have been with telkom for a long time and I went over seas for work, during my time here, my number was deleted. I did not know this was going to happen. I have been trying to call and get help, but nothing. That number was very important as I had that number for over 15 years. I cannot get OTPs or any. Is there any way I can get that number please.
