Please help me telkom

<p>I ap**** for a telkom adsl line at the call centre, was given the reference number then was told to wait 48 hours for the payment details to be sent to me, after 48 hours i didnt recieve any sms.</p> <p>I again had to phone telkom for them to send me the system num,payment num and control code.</p> <p>So off i went to the Post Office to pay the deposit, was told it will take 24hours to be processed, been waiting more than 24 hours for a statement stating that funds have been recieved. Really telkom your communication s****s with new clients is POOR. Basically dnt know wherei stand with the installation process.</p> <p> </p>
