Please help me please.

I just want my phone that's all I want please, no longer stories about authorizations. From November 2019 I've been trying to claim, I've wasted R400 airtime trying to call, and being put on hold only to have the phone cut off. I paid the access and now I must follow up, please stop abusing us Finrite.
