Please help!

<p>I got back from holiday on Monday afternoon to find my landline is down and I can't connect to my Wifi. I logged a fault straight away and have been sending messages on Facebook every day since then. I work from home and need it up and running urgently as I have loads of really big files to download. I've already had to spend a lot of money on mobile data so I can at least send and receive emails, but I can't use mobile data to download these files as it will end up costing thousands. I've already paid for this month's internet, which I now can't use because my Telkom line's down, so you guys are busy costing me a lot of money.</p> <p> </p> <p>My reference number is: 83CEK170417</p> <p> </p> <p>Please send someone to fix the line today.
