Please Help!!!

This is not a review but a plea for help. Have a case with Telkom to reconnect my account but it’s taking forever to be done. I need to get my phone back as my whole business is at a stand still due to my phone not working. Please help me as soon as possible or will loose my business. Case no: ***5
