PLEASE HELP !!!!!
I received an email from Charl with testing login details and my speed was fine with the test login details. I have sent Charl the details as follows<br> <br> With the test details:<br> 3.44Mbps download<br> 0.25Mbps upload<br> <br> With our details:<br> 0.36Mbps downloads<br> 0.39Mbps upload<br> <br> This confirms once again that the fault is with our accounts setup.<br> <br> I am asking again! Can someone please look into this and come back to us.<br> <br> I have not heard anything from Charl again.<br> <br> I am paying for 4Mbps!!!
