Please help!

Our internet was off from 29th September until 29th October. A Telkom technician came out and said our D-Link Modem/Router was faulty and we had to buy a new one. We did at a cost of R600. Still no internet. Another technician came out and said the new one was also faulty. We exchanged it for another new one, still no internet. We were charged R227.25 on our Telkom account for an 'Unnecessary Call-out Fee'. My wife spent hours on the phone with Telkom's Technical Department on many occasions, changing settings, but to no avail. I received an sms from Telkom on Wednesday 28th October with a new password, which my wife<br> duly entered in the appropriate place, and still no internet. Suddenly, yesterday afternoon, our second new faulty D-Link Modem/Router (which has been turned on since we got it) connected itself to the internet. I feel that Telkom should reimburse us for our expenses as the problem was clearly not the D-Link and therefore we should not be expected to pay for their employees incompetence. We are pensioners on a very tight budget and cannot afford all these extra expenses.
