Please help!!!!!!

Ive been having problems with my internet for a few weeks now. Have reported the fault multiple times i receive messages that it has been fixed but nothing changes. It disconnects multiple times daily and i have a 10mb line and when i do a test where it usually was 10ms ping, 8.5mb download and 0.9mb upload constantly without problems now it keeps dropping lower than 2mb download speeds and above 100ms ping and i tested with al the servers closest to me. My latest reference number is 557CRK010715 and the previous one was 231CRK210615. They work on the problem and phone me to ask if its fixed but it stays the same there is no problem with my wires or my router. Also there has not been a technician by my house to see if the problem is here. Please help i have been sitting with this problem for weeks now.
