Please get trained workers who won't sit on socials

I have been to you branch in Phoenix plaza and i got to admit it I received service out of this world! My enquire was on my contract when am i due for upgrade and if they have stock before i can even Speak to the guy free as i walked closer he was sitting on Whatsapp ! And asked me to go to a guy who was on a call on his cell phone i still stood and waited for +-5 minutes and told him i cant wait and need to know if they have stock of the mate 9 he said NO ! I asked the s7 he said NO !

So my question is do you stock cell phones as telkom mobile? Why advertise and not have stock? Are your workers trained to assist clients? Where are the workers professionalism? And i was told to go to Musgrave which is very far for me so how are you going to assist me as im inboxing you on facebook - if i get no assistance im putting this on hello peter !
