Please fix my lines
Hi I have a Telkom landline and internet don't have a dialing tone and internet not working. And we have been battling for 3 weeks to have it fixed we call them everyday same thing, it will be fixed in two days its the fiber lines are ****** and nothing. It's Around Nelspruit area street does anyone else have the same problem. Does any now who we can talk to in Nelspruit to complain. Or who I can actually speak too openserve.

01 Aug 2018, 15:35Number is *** it has been escalated but the people that I have spoken to have been lying so far to me that I don't really know if they are actually really fixing anything. They have given me names last week Monday they said that they are working on the problem. But I don't believe that they even worked on anything it's been since the 13 that's it's been off and we reported it on the 17 until today nothing they told me it was the cancel department the has to fix ... Meanwhile we just keep waiting money on calling everyday from our cell phones. To get another excuse....
