Please fix it now...

I am very dissapointed in telkom I have complaint several times now they sent like 6 different technitions <br> To fix the problem but its already a month that im struggling to get them to fix it. They have this excuse that all the techs are bussy and that is totaly not appropriate for such a big company. Please fix it and fix it now you guys are quick to ask money but cant fix anything i pay every month for 3 months now and i havent even used it since october so i expect some credits for paying and not using it i would like to have an answer today please. Please fix the problem you will loose alot of customers like this and i never had a problem like this before why now all of a sudden???? I want answers
