Please employ more technical staff
I have been holding on for the Telkom technical division for an hour and 45 mnutes and listening to the operator telling me to please be patient my call will be answered as soon as a consultant becomes available. COme ON TELKOM, this is a huge waste of a person's time and my query is short, and now have Lto hang up as I cannot hold on any longer, so now cannot complete my work on the laptop. PLEASE TELKOM GET MORE STAFF AS I AM SURE THERE ARE LOTS OF PEOPLE LIKE ME WHO FEEL THE SAME WAY. Thank You
