PLEASE DON'T GET A CONTRACT FROM TELKOM!

My partner and I went to Telkom in January, we got two contract phones and added insurance for both phones. From my knowledge if you take a phone mid month you are paying the following month, end of Feb comes we make the first payment, March we make another payment and end of April we see a debit order with an unusual large amount we called to ask why is it that we owe R2408 and the response we were given was the "payment bounced back" they blocked our numbers and the following month they debit another large amount that we "owed" and still the phones remain blocked. A month later they unblock and we still owe a crazy amount of R3800 . Please just do your research before you go to Telkom.
