PLEASE DON'T CONSIDER TELKOM IF YOU ARE PLANNING ON ANYTHING.

If I could give no stars I would. I have been a client for many many years and have never experienced such incompetence. I have since March 2024 been trying to upgrade my line. They have however been taking the money from me every month (which I feel is theft as I am not getting the promised service I'm paying for) but getting absolutely no service. I wanted to upgrade 240up/240 down but instead I get 80up 40 down. I have been in contact with telkom for months. They all come with the same answer, I'm 240 on frog foot but 40-100 on telkom, but don't worry mam I'll fix it. Nothing gets done. I am sick and tired of the poor and might I say disgusting service I have received and would absolutely never recommend Telkom to anyone. Frog foot did their job but Telkom nothing. I thought if I just keep quiet about everything and just order a new upgrade maybe something would happen and no.. My order got rejected because apparently I'm on 240 on frog foot (laughable) still same on telkom 40-100. Please explain this to me. I must be so stupid because I don't get it.
