Please do not over promise and under deliver and prey on the Old

My grandfather has a contract with telkom and they recently went to the telkom shop and went to upgrade. when they were helped by a lady named lethabo they were informed that they will not be paying for the month of September and will only pay from October, this was however not the case and they were billed for the month they were explicitly told they would not be paying for. My grandfather then went back to query this and spoke to Zain Peters but he could not assist in this matter.

This is really terrible services and seems like Telkom is now preying in the old because this would not have been a issue if the promises made by a Telkom official were honoured, this matter needs be resolved and the billing rectified my grandfather did not ask for this it was said to him.
