Please do not buy from Telkom

Telkom is the worst company to deal with. Pathetic service and staff that are so unhelpful. I had and amount of R5000 for IPTv that *******ly got billed on my telkom account. Telkom refused to assist and suspended my account when that was not paid. Unfortunately needing my line to be active again, I had to pay in that amount and now I am told it will take 14 working days to open the line yet they have the payment. What a bunch of F*****k*n *****s. I wish I never entered into a contract with Telkom.
