PLEASE CONFIRM IF TELKOM SALES CALL WAS LEGITIMATE

I have received a call from ***. I spoke to a lady who advised I am due for an upgrade for my Telkom account. They seem to have all my details and asked me to repeat a couple of details. I am a bit concerned and am wondering whether this is a legitimate call???!?!!1
