PLEASE COMMUNICATE

I am so disappointed by telkom, they never communicate with clients prior any technical updates they have to do that will affect the clients. There are times when you load your airtime, you find that it won't go through, only to find that there are updates being maneuvered. Telkom, please, communicate.
