<p>I app**** for a adsl and phone line about 3 weeks ago, I have now had 3 technicians at my house telling me the same thing. The first guy said he needs the cabling department to come out and a contractor to cut a tree in my yard and my neighbors yard so that he could have a line of site for the cable. Then the cabling guy comes the next week and tells me the same thing, that he needs the tree cutting contractor to sort out the tree and that he would arrange it. Then today a new tech comes and tells me exactly the same thing. So nobody has sorted out the tree and I'm 3 weeks behind with my bussiness venture. I need to get my phone and adsl line up and running. Please help </p>
