PLEASE COME AND COLLECT YOUR PHONE AND GIVE ME THE WRITE ONE

The issue that I have experienced was: I ordered an iphone 7 plus from Telkom, only to find that the iphone that was delivered was the wrong one. I have called Telkom countless of times to log this issue every single day at 9am. Only to be told they have logged a request for collection so that I can get the actual phone I ordered.

To date I still have not received anyone from courier company to come and collect the phone. Telkom deducted my funds and to date the phone i ordered still has not been given to me. I have been informed that my issue has been escalated numerous times. To top it all the phone that was delivered is more expensive than the one I actually ordered It occurred on: July 9th, 2018 I want:Telkom very few people would have highlighted or altered you that you sent me a more expensive phone.

Everyday I have highlighted this issue to the Telkom team and nothing has been done. Telkom come and collect your phone and give me the phone I have ordered. I have been debit for this month and have not used the data and the phone that was promised to me. I also want those data bundles to be added when my phone finally arrives

I look forward to your prompt response on this matter. I would like to keep a complete record of my case.
