Please cancel your contract as you cant provide the service

I'm so sick and tired of Telkom!!!!!! today is the 10th February but my data is still not loaded but their debit order when through successfully on the 1st of Feb. You cant call them or get to a consultant, their line refers or sends you to a whatsApp link that tell you that they cant help with your query, ***???????????? Staff at Telkom store don't know anything, they just say data is finished, by what?????????? give me my money back and cancel this stupid contract

I want Telkom to cancel this stupid contract and I will look for a service provider that will give me my moneys worth!!!!
