Please CANCEL this order that no one can seem to find

<p>Order ********** 89A - shown on Telkom Website but no one in call centre can find it. PLEASE make sure this order is cancelled, it was to upgrade to Fibre, I am not interested in this anymore, even if the area gets Fibre in the future I am not interested, please make sure the order does NOT resurrect in the future, even if Fibre becomes available. Please confirm that it is cancelled. I am exploring future Telkom LTE options. Thanks</p>
