Please cancel my debit order, please do not renew the contract, and please respond.

For a few months now, my debit order has stopped going through for Telkom, then a couple of days later, they deduct a double installment, which has no problem going through, off the same account the original order was supposed to get deducted from. Nobody can help me resolve this, nobody can cancel the debit order so that I may pay them manually, its like there is not a single person I'm able to get through to, and it also seems that the callcenter agents work unsupervised, since I've also begged to speak with a supervisor, but there is no such thing? (Who do they report to??) I've opened a support ticket, which they closed a few months later without any comments. I've spoken to countless individuals over the phone and online chat service when there is no answer over the phone, and still nobody was / is able to help me. I've tried finding out where I may lay a formal complaint to have this sorted out, and still, no luck, it seems I'm under contract with a ghost. I know that Telkom is, unfortunately, not renowned for their stellar service delivery, especially not to existing customers. They are however front runners when it comes to signing up new customers -- poor souls. My request is simple, Telkom, please cancel the debit order which keeps failing for whatever reason (and no, its not because of insufficient funds, as you love telling me - if that were the case, then the second order for *double* the amount would ALSO fail, since, again, they get deducted off the same bank account.) So, again, cancel the debit order, I'll pay you manually. And please do not renew my contract come 21 June, you are useless, and there are other companies who offer the same services, at the same price (or less), who wants the business, companies who do not rely on the government to help them out of trouble. I will send you a weekly email reminding you to not automatically renew my contract, and I will also phone you a few more times, before that time, to remind you of such. For now, once again, please cancel the debit order - I've already cancelled it from the bank as well, so you just need to update your system, should be simple. Cancel it, I'll pay you manually, thats it. Thank you for understanding.
