PLEASE CANCEL MY CONTRACT

<p>I called at 15:08:03 and spoke to Sibusiso Maphumulo from the contract department as I asked if my contract is still active as I have requested for it to be cancelled and he has assured me that it was cancelled. I called again as soon as I got off the line with him again and spoke to Kwazi Ngcobo who advised that my contract is still active . So basically the consultant **** to me , to say I am livid right now would be an understatement. Please note that this is the 9th follow up I'm making on one stupid request . Please note that I have 3 contracts with you guys , please do not let me terminate all of them due to your pathetic service . Should this not be sorted our in the next 7 working days I will escalating to the Ombudsman, Thank God I used my work line to call you therefore theses calls are recorded . I have requested for a manager by the name of Nokuthula Ngozo to revert back . Would be a miracle if she actually does. </p>
