Please cancel my contract

<p>I took a contract with telkom 2 years ago 4 24 months...24 months is long finished but they are still debiting my account...ive called in several times asking them to stop debiting my account because i no longer need their services i was told to sign a cancellation form which i did...but till this moment my account is still debited...</p>
